Enrollment, easier but not faster??

I want to congratulate the BUPC for creating a more organized and efficient enrollment than the past enrollments. They minimized the task that are done by students by simply compiling or putting together related coordinators on 3 simple rooms. First is the ICT Room (former BUPC Library), this rooms is consists of the ICT Team, who are making and organizing the student's form, with the help from some IT-3 (pioneers) students. Inside, you can also find all the department head's and coordinators, with the registrar and some people who are needed to complete the form.
After waiting for some time outside the ICT Room for your forms, students will then go to the room beside the cashier where you can find some CSC officer with the adviser, and also the BU Publication officers. Here you should fall in line to pay the CSC and Publication Fee, and after that, you will be given a number (which is ranged from 1-200), but unfortunately if all numbers were distributed, students will still wait for the numbers to be distributed again, wasting some time, but organizes the students to avoid students who just injects themselves inside the line.
And finally the last process would be paying on the cashier, using the number you gained from the CSC and will be announced by the Cashier so no more lines would be seen on the cashier, only students waiting for their turn. After that, you are now an enrolled BUPC students, congratz...
But, what have this new system made for the students?
It basically lessens the task or the thing-to-do of the students, but its a lot of waiting, at least your just sitting there waiting for it to be processed than processing it yourself which be more tiring. As a student you just have to comply with the requirements and your enrollment with be easier. But after having a new system, the enrollment is still taking too long, I think it took about two weeks for some students to be enrolled, and for some, they have next week to be enrolled with a fine, which if you realize is still really slow, but it doesn't mean that the new system was not effective. It was effective for organization and efficiency but maybe needs improvements for a more faster enrollment.
But everything is better now, its a better enrollment on BUPC, and a lot more improvisations are about to come to BUPC, what would they show as next? would it be the school of the future or school of the people? or both? would they reach the same level as of Ateneo, UP, FEU etc.? All we know is, BUPC has grown a lot since then with the good governance and guidance of their Dean Mr. Malinis.
Congratz BUPC, a job well done.
